Undergraduate Program for Specialty in
(Composite Materials and Engineering)

 

一、专业介绍

复合材料科学及工程本科生获得工程师基本训练,成为复合材料设计与制备、结构与性能、成型加工等科学研究、技术开发、工艺和设备设计、生产及技术管理等方面的高级工程技术人才。

毕业生可继续攻读本专业及相关专业的硕士研究生,近三年本科考取研究生比例50%以上。毕业生就业实行双向选择,毕业后可到研究所、企业从事科学研究、设计、生产管理及工程技术应用及高等学校的教学工作。

The undergraduates in composite materials science and engineering will receive basic training of engineers, to become composite design and preparation, structure and performance, forming scientific research, technology development, process and equipment design, production and technical management of advanced engineering and technical personnel.

Graduates can continue to pursue a professional graduate. The proportion of undergraduate admitted to graduate more than 50% in recent three years. Employer and graduates implement two-way choice. Graduates engaged in scientific research, design, production management, engineering and technical work at the Institute, enterprises, or engaged in teaching and research work in the institutions of higher learning.

 

 

二、培养目标

II.Target for English Major Program

    复合材料与工程专业是培养适应社会主义现代化建设需要的德、智、体全面发展,并在复合材料科学及工程领域获得工程师基本训练的高级技术专门人才。

本专业的毕业生主要到科研院所和工业部门从事复合材料制备、成型加工、结构与性能等科学研究、技术开发、工艺和设备设计、生产及经营管理等方面的工作。

The main objective of composite materials and engineering speciality is to make the students to be trained so that they can be outstanding technicians after college study and fully developed in morality, inelegance and physical condition. In other words, that is to produce students who can adapt most the need of socialism modernization construction.

Students majoring in this specialty are mainly suitable for the works like composite material processing, forming and structure and properties in institute, university or any enterprises.

 

三、培养要求

III、Requirements

    本专业学生主要学习材料科学与工程及各类材料加工工艺的基础理论与技术和有关设备的设计方法,受到现代工程师的基本训练,具有从事复合材料设计制备、加工成型、工艺及设备设计、生产组织管理的基本能力。

    毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:

    (1)具有较扎实的自然科学基础,较好的人文、艺术和社会科学基础及正确运用本国语言、文字的表达能力;

    (2)具有较系统地掌握本专业领域宽广的理论基础知识,主要包括材料科学、力学、机械学、电工与电子技术、计算机系列课程、自动化基础、市场经济及企业管理等基础知识;

    (3)具有本专业必需的计算、测试、文献检索能力和基本工艺操作等基本技能及较强的计算机和外语应用能力;

    (4)具有本专业所必需的专业知识,了解学科前沿及发展趋势;

    (5)具有较强的自学能力、创新意识和较高的综合素质。

Students of this speciality shall learn the basic theories of material science and methods of material processing and how to design related equipment. They also shall be trained to be modern mechanic engineers who are capable of doing works of composite material manufacturing, material deforming research, any other related process and equipment design and fundamental management of manufacture process.

    After graduation, the students should posses the following abilities:

(1)well-knitted fundamental knowledge of natural science, humanity, culture, society and art, as well as good ability of applying native language and word managing power of expressing oneself.

(2)       well extended fundamental knowledge and theory of this major, which include those from following curriculums: material science, mechanics, electrotechnics and electronics, systematic courses on computer science, heat processing fundamental, automatization fundamental , market economy and enterprise management.

(3)       the ability of calculation, testing, reference searching and fundamental process manipulation, as well as good command of computer and foreign language.

(4)       typical knowledge required by a special field of study; He also should know the cutting edge and the trend of one’s own field.

(5)    Generally high quality, characterized by a strong ability of self-study and innovation.
