Fully responsible for the work of the college party committee and discipline construction

Be responsible for scientific research management, and assist the main leaders to be responsible for confidentiality and laboratory safety

Responsible for postgraduate teaching management and internationalization

Responsible for undergraduate teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship of college students

Responsible for student party building, student management and college publicity

Lead the College CYLC and student innovation & entrepreneurship initiatives; support publicity campaigns and shared facility management.

Support discipline development and international collaboration efforts.

Support laboratory safety management, research initiatives, and university-industry partnership programs

Support the nomination of high-level talent awards and prestigious research achievement awards, and help organize academic salons and related events
