报告人简介：Mr. Arif Abdul Rehman comes from Pakistan . He is a seasoned government officer with over three decades of rich experience in leadership, management and diplomacy at national and international levels. Mr. Arif is a graduate of Quaid e Azam University Islamabad, Balochistan University Quetta, Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies Hawaii, USA and United Nations Staff  College. He represented Pakistan in many countries and at many forums. He also served on deputation at United Nations Headquarters New York for two years and one year in a field UN mission in Western Africa. Presently the officer is serving as a Director at an education institution at Islamabad.
